Support are provided via :

    Our knowledge-base website provides you with the information on specific issue and 'how-to' information. No login or sign-up required.

    When contacting the Team, please state your Members Area ID and the product you are using (Lite/Pro), and also your URL and admin CP access info. Please state the issue clearly, best in point form. Please only contact the Team if you have tried getting help from the forum and lookup in the knowledge base.
     

We try to response to all support related question in timely manner. Free support does not guarantee any leadtime. Please refer to the license agreement for futher detail. If you wish to get a guarantee support leadtime, refer to the section below.

 

Priority Support

This will be implemented in the near future

Under Priority Support plan, customers will get fast support turn around and shorter response time. Priority support guarantee support response within 24 hours after ticket being raised.


Installation service (Lite) can be purchased from the Members Area site.

You will be given access to the Members Area once your payment are cleared.
